Who I Am

Hi, I’m Jing. My core philosophy is "Integration." To me, this is not about relaying information across functions; it’s about crossing domain boundaries to personally stitch together governance, architecture, and delivery into a single, cohesive reality.

The Starting Point: From Insight to Governance

My path hasn’t been linear, but every step has been a deliberate accumulation of understanding system complexity. Starting in design research, I learned to identify the friction between humans and systems. Later, on the front lines of large-scale government Smart City initiatives, I realized that a product’s lifeblood isn’t just its interface—it’s the governance framework. There, I learned to establish institutional rules among complex stakeholders to ensure technology actually scales.

The Deepening: Engineering for Autonomy

I soon recognized that without mastering technical language, design and decision-making would always remain behind a veil. I moved into the technical field, from Information Management to Spatial Data Analysis, to complete the final piece of my architectural puzzle. This wasn't about a career change; it was about gaining the authority to define standards. I want to be the person who navigates by fundamental logic to resolve core challenges at their source.

What I Bring: Architecting Order

Today, my focus is on establishing order within highly uncertain environments. From large-scale urban governance and cross-layer diagnostics to the integration of heterogeneous spatial data—I find my rhythm navigating these intricate challenges. Starting by untangling the initial semantic gaps, I bridge the divide between concept and reality, step by step. I believe this is what I love to do most.

I am not a generalist who knows a little of everything. I am a Product Engineer with product intuition, management grit, and technical execution.
